This morning, EPA announced the imminent release of two guidance documents important to Tribes:
- Sadie Hoskie, Interim AIEO Director, announced that a guidance for the $30 million proposed in the FY11 Presidential Budget Request for the "Multi-Media Tribal Implementation (MMTI)" Grant program will be released by June 11, 2010.
- David Guest, AIEO, announced that the EPA will release a draft guidance on Tribal Consultation by June 4, 2010.
